Non-fat and non-alkalized cocoa powder, lightly sweetened with panela and flavored with a mixture of warming spices, contains 70% pure cocoa mass made from premium quality 'fino de aroma' cocoa beans, 30% panela (unrefined sugar cane juice) and a mixture of selected spices - cloves, ginger , cardamom, cinnamon and black pepper.

These spices have a strong anti-inflammatory effect, adding them significantly enhances the natural anti-inflammatory effects of cocoa. The cocoa beans used for the production of this product come exclusively from the Tolimá region of Colombia, therefore this cocoa powder bears the attribute single origin (originating only from a single region). The beans were grown and hand-harvested exclusively on one specific plantation, so the powder can also boast the attribute single estate (originating from only one plantation). In addition, this powder is made from only one variety of cocoa - criollo, and therefore we are also talking about a first-class variety, the so-called varietal cocoa. The fat content in cocoa solids is up to 52%. It is precisely in the high proportion of fat that all healthy minerals - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E are contained. 70% Ritual cocoa powder Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants strengthened by added spices, is rich in theobromine, has a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood.
