The beans were grown and hand-harvested exclusively on one specific plantation, so the powder can also boast the attribute single estate (originating from only one plantation). In addition, this powder is made from only one variety of cocoa - criollo, and therefore we are also talking about a first-class variety, the so-called varietal cocoa. The fat content in cocoa solids is up to 52%. It is precisely in the high proportion of fat that all healthy minerals are contained - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron, and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E. 100% cocoa powder Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, it is rich to theobromine, has a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood.
