Finely roasted cacao beans from the Amazonas region of Peru.

Beans in premium quality 'fino de aroma' were hand-picked, fermented, dried and gently roasted. They have an exceptional chocolate flavor profile with subtle notes of berries, nuts and caramel. The beans come exclusively from the Colombian region of Amazonas, which is why they bear the attribute single origin (originating only from a single region). They were grown and hand-harvested exclusively on one specific plantation, therefore they can also be proud of the attribute single estate (originating only from one plantation). In addition, these are beans from only one variety of cacao - criollo, and therefore we are also talking about first-class varieties, the so-called varietal beans. The fat content in cocoa solids is up to 52%. It is precisely in the high proportion of fat that all healthy minerals - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E are contained. Kakaw Co+ finely roasted cocoa beans contain a large number of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, they are rich to theobromine, they have a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood.

The product is packed with love in an integration packing plant for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Slovakia.
