Non-fat and non-alkalized dark volcanic chocolate with orange flavor made from premium quality 'fino de aroma' cocoa beans, contains 80% pure cocoa mass, 20% panels (unrefined sugarcane juice) flavored with wild orange macerate.
The cocoa beans used to make this product come exclusively from the volcanic Tolimá region of Colombia, which is why this dark chocolate bears the attribute single origin (coming from only one region). The beans were grown and hand-harvested exclusively on one specific plantation, so the chocolate can also boast the attribute single estate (originating from only one plantation). In addition, this chocolate is made only from a single variety of cocoa - criollo, and therefore we are also talking about a first-class variety, the so-called varietal chocolate. The fat content in cocoa solids is up to 52%. It is precisely in the high proportion of fat that all healthy minerals - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E are contained. 80% Orange volcanic chocolate Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, is rich in theobromine, it has a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood. The chocolate is in the shape of coins (approx. 5 g) and is suitable not only for direct consumption, but also for baking or cooking, for the production of toppings, chocolate liqueurs, etc. due to its excellent solubility and interesting orange flavor.
The product is packed with love in an integration packing plant for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Slovakia.
