The cocoa beans used for the production of this product come exclusively from the Amazonas region of Peru, therefore this cocoa powder bears the attribute single origin (originating only from a single region). In addition, it is made from only one variety of cocoa - criollo, which is why it can be proud of the attribute varietal, the so-called varietal cocoa. The Amazonas region is known for its diversity of fauna and flora, which is also reflected in the very tropical taste profile of cocoa. Cocoa powder has a light brown color that is natural to it because it has not been alkalized with potassium carbonate. Since it is partially defatted cocoa, the fat content in cocoa solids is 20-23%. The fat contains all the healthy minerals - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron, and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E. 100% cocoa powder Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, is rich in theobromine , has a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood.
