Dark volcanic chocolate from the Tolimá region in Colombia, known for its many volcanic mountains, where we can still find the original variety of cacao - criollo. The wallet-shaped chocolate contains 80% pure cocoa mass made from premium quality 'fino de aroma' cocoa beans, 20% panels (unrefined sugar cane juice, full of vitamins and minerals) and is flavored with wild orange macerate. Since it is not defatted or alkalized, it naturally contains 52% cocoa butter, which makes it not only tasty, but above all healthy and rich in minerals and vitamins. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, without additives.
The cocoa beans used to make this product come exclusively from the volcanic Tolimá region of Colombia, which is why this dark chocolate bears the attribute single origin (coming from only one region). The beans were grown and hand-harvested exclusively on one specific plantation, so the chocolate can also boast the attribute single estate (originating from only one plantation). In addition, it is made from only one variety of cocoa - criollo, which is why we are also talking about a first-class variety, the so-called varietal chocolate. The fat content in cocoa solids is up to 52%. It is precisely in the high proportion of fat that all healthy minerals - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E are contained. 80% dark volcanic chocolate Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, is rich in theobromine, it has a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood. The chocolate is in the form of coins (approx. 5 g) and is suitable not only for direct consumption, but also for baking or cooking, for the production of toppings, chocolate liqueurs, etc. due to its excellent solubility.
The product is packed with love in an integration packing plant for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Slovakia.
