Pleasantly intense cocoa with floral and fruity notes, medium acidity and clearly defined, sweet notes of cacao and vanilla. It stands out best as a fruity hot chocolate combined with just water or milk, or in unbaked desserts with forest fruits and berries.

They went through an experimental washed process, which should eliminate post-fermentation astringency and the presence of off-flavors, thus ensuring a more intense taste experience.

Huila is known as the largest grower of choice coffee and cacao in Colombia. In addition to the departments of Tolimá, Cundinamarca and Cauca, it is also adjacent to Caqueta and Meta, which you have already been able to taste here. Almost every biotope is represented in the area - desert, savannah, páramo, volcano, riverbed, and rainforest. Thanks to variable altitude, slope, rainfall, moisture from the Magdalena River, wind and sunshine, this area offers such unique growing conditions that no two neighboring farms in Huila taste the same.

The product is packed with love in an integration packing plant for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Slovakia.

Flavor Profile: A full and sweet fruity flavor profile with clearly defined, bitter notes of cocoa and juicy notes of sweet dried fruit.

Use: For preparing a hot drink or chocolate, for porridges, smoothies and cookies.
