SUMMER VIBES - COLLAB READY AFTER COFFEE

Summer cooperation between the brewery and the coffee roaster = summer beer coffee lemonade. There can be nothing better on hot summer days. We dry-hopped this Session IPA twice, flavored it with citrus fruits and added freshly roasted coffee, which was processed into coldbrew together with cascara.

For the summer, we wanted to prepare something non-violent, but at the same time interesting, for a series of summer beers. You know we don't like to brew boring beers, and this year is proof of that. Beer came into our portfolio again, where we added coffee. We didn't stay for coffee. We also used a cascar, which we used to experiment with at home, and now it's time to use this interesting raw material.
