Non-fat and non-alkalized cocoa powder from the Colombian Sierra Nevada region, where we can still find the original variety of cacao - criollo. The powder contains 100% pure cacao mass made from cacao beans in premium quality 'fino de aroma'. Cacao is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, without additives.

This origin is known not only for its great cocoa, but also for its beautiful nature, breathtaking national parks and Indian reserves, especially the iconic Los Arhuacos tribe. The Sierra Nevada, translated as the Snowy Mountains, is the highest coastal mountain range in the world.
cacao plantations are located at an altitude of 800 m.a.s.l. and the average temperature is very tropical, up to 30°, often accompanied by high humidity.
This plantation is looked after by an Indian association called Guardabosques de la Sierra (Guardians of the Sierra Forest).
The cacao beans used for the production of this product come exclusively from the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia, therefore this cacao powder bears the attribute single origin (originating only from a single region). The beans were grown and hand-harvested exclusively on one specific plantation, so the powder can also boast the attribute single estate (originating from only one plantation). In addition, this powder is made from only one variety of cacao - criollo, and therefore we are also talking about a first-class variety, the so-called varietal cocoa. The fat content in cocoa solids is up to 52%. It is precisely in the high proportion of fat that all healthy minerals are contained - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron, and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E. 100% cacao powder Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, it is rich to theobromine, has a beneficial effect on our nervous and blood systems, digestive system, ability to concentrate and mood.
